Hello, my name is Gurinder Ghuman. I bring over 20 years of experience, including more than 15 years in the Human Resources industry in Canada. As a newcomer, I encountered numerous challenges in entering the field I was passionate about. While guidance was available, it often lacked relevance to my specific circumstances and the nuances of the HR industry.
Through these experiences, I gained valuable insights—lessons I wish I had known earlier. Today, my mission is to support newcomers in navigating the Canadian job market more effectively.
